Job Title: Telesales Consultant

We are offering an opportunity for a Telesales Consultant to build upon his/her experience to help us develop a new B2C venture, in a more collaborative, open and innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities:-

Make and receive phone calls to our prospective clients and convert them to buy

our online courses.

Build long lasting relationship and rapport with the clients

Follow up properly and update records

Maintain clients data and provide full after sales support

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Go the – Extra mile – to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept

up to date for direct mailing activities.

Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line

Manager

The ability to demonstrate the capability to hit and exceed targets

Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills

Professional phone manner with a consultative approach

Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks

Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines

High level verbal and written communications skills

Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Discretion with personal and confidential information

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree is required
