Job description: As a Team Lead – Telesales & BPO your main role is to contribute in generating sales for Amazing Solar. You will be responsible to manage and lead the sales team and maintaining good customer relationships and maximize profitability.

Dear Candidate , We are looking for a “Team Lead – Sales & BPO Operations” based on below Criterias for our organization based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Job brief: Your main role is to contribute in generating sales for Amazing Solar. You will be responsible for generating sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships and maximizing profitability. Prerequisite: To be able to work from 4:30 am – 2:00 pm IST. & Saturday: 4:30: am-12:00 noon IST. Past Experience in a similar role (preferred minimum of 3 years in a Solar Organization for Australia). Inbound / Outbound Experience – minimum 1 -3 years in International Call centre (UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand) (Preferably from MNCs like Genpact, HCL, TCS, Infosys) Added Advantage if you have experience in the Solar Industry. High school diploma or college graduate degree. 5 Star – English rating Experience: Proven experience as Manager – Sales & BPO Operations or other sales/customer service role. Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills: Brilliant communication skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Attitude: Results oriented – go getter and can do! Self-Motivation & ability to work independently Job Responsibilities – Primary: Close / Win deals. Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information. Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact. Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups and Close Sales. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation by resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions. Meet sales KPIs. To Lead the team of 25 people under you. Job Responsibilities Secondary: Actively seek out referrals from the existing customer & new inquiries/bookings. Training new telesales members as and when required. Other marketing and sales activities as required Take a daily dose of achieving success (self-training) update your knowledge base and skillset. Periodic Reporting to Management. Entering data into the database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. Other Administrative tasks: Like Project Coordination, Internal Team Support etc. Should attend Weekly Team meetings. Job challenges: The follow-ups Offering value / Standing apart from customers Handling rejections Gaining commitments Spending too much time on administrative tasks Goals/Deliverables: The main goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers, building trust between customers and Amazing Solar and creating brand reputation. Top 3 daily goals really are: 1. Generate inquiries – by Given Leads or by Cold Callings. 2. Consistently close one, two or more deals on a daily basis 3. Passing clients’ complains to relevant team members in order to resolve the same. Success Recipe: Every day spend 15-30 minutes learning more about: 1) Solar products, amazing packages, competition, industry knowledge. 2) Communication, sales, persuasion skills and asking right questions. 3) Pick your senior s brain, find a mentor or accountability partner. Stay motivated, thrive for success and believe in yourself. Salary Package: – Based on Experience & Performance in the interview.
