Job description: Roles & Responsibilities
Hardware & Networking
a. Decode the error / even / alarm status
b. Identify the failed unit / device
c. Communicate with next level & provide hands and feet support in resolution
a. Create simple scripts (such as changes in vectors)
b. Troubleshoot MACD failures & create SOPs
c. Carry out integration under guidance
d. Decipher logs at protocol level
e. Create KB articles
Network Management Tools
a. Real time call routing, call queue monitoring and custom report generation in a Call Centre environment.
b. Network (LAN and WAN) log monitoring, analyzing and reporting
c. Patch management
Voice/ Call Recording Solution
a. Manage Performance monitoring tools like Nice Perform
b. Utilize Call recording solution like NICE / Variant.
c. Work on Call Detail Report (CDR) – Escape / Tele soft / Phone control
Backup & Recovery
a. Troubleshoot if the backup / restore of application database fails under supervision
b. Create schedule for backup
c. Deployment of Disaster Recovery solutions.
