Job description: We are looking for a Voice Telephony expert who is motivated to combine Voice telephony integrations with AI chatbots and infusing AI into IVR systems to create next generation call centre solutions. Responsibilities will include working with clients to work out Voice Telephony (SIP), media gateway and IVR Integrations for routing calls to AI based voice/speech Voice bots based upon Google, AWS, Nuance and IBM Speech to Text engines and other Cognitive AI services. You will work with the Cognitive and AI team and bridge the gap between Voice telephony design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the solution looks as well as how it works. Work with client Telephony teams and provide them clear guidelines on what will be required from their side (telephony side ) to integrate with AI chatbots on Azure /AWS and Google platforms Responsibilities:

  • Work on Speech, Voice Biometrics and Virtual Agent Technology
  • Understanding of IVR Technical Architecture (IVR/VXML – Java)
  • Understanding and development of Voice Bots by using Google Speech API, Microsoft Bing speech API and Microsoft LUIS.
  • Understanding of SIP protocol and Digital Telephony EPBAX, ACD etc.
  • Understanding of solutions around AI enabled voice diallers
  • Development experience around Nuance NDF, Grammar, Avaya OD, Cisco Call Studio etc.
  • Understanding of VXML / IVR design/protocols understanding across Genesys,Avaya and other platforms.
  • Design and propose Outbound dialler solutions.
  • Understanding of IVR Modern Protocols for Speech Engine integration like MRCP
  • Understanding of various Codec like G711 a-law, G711 -law etc.
  • Requirement will be to work with On-shore clients on Voice telephony integrations.
  • Provide consultancy to clients on Voice integration for AI chatbots.
  • Work on AI chatbots and Voicebots configurations and development.
  • Build reusable code/PoC s and patterns for future use. Get engaged in delivery of engagements requiring Voice Telephony integrations for chatbots.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to backend
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of IVR Technical Architecture (IVR/VXML – Java)

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong visual or interaction design skills.
  • 6 + years of relevant experience in Voice Telephony and AI chatbots
  • Fluency in mobile based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Good to have knowledge of human-computer interaction (HCI), Voice flows, and solution design
