The company is one of the most profitable players in Maharashtra, we acquired and holding acres of land in Maharashtra’ various business towns. The Group is currently developing an estimated 200 acres of prime land around Mumbai, Pune & Goa, and has 3 ongoing projects within Maharashtra. The group has the largest Land Bank of over 500+ Acres with that developed more than 150 acres of land in the last 3 years.
About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on generating revenue for the Ankit Projexcel site projects (located near Goa)
2. Work on direct calling, customer interaction, and channel partner interaction
3. Work on process execution at sites to give a superb customer experience to visitors in line with the brand
Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd Oct’20 and 6th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. MBA fresher from the premier institute from marketing or real estate background or a UG fresher candidate with strong communication skills would be preferred
2. Must be able to start the internship immediately
3. Must have high-level communication skills
4. Must be extremely disciplined at all times
5. Must be comfortable calling directly to customers and channel partners
6. Must be flexible with fieldwork and location
7. Must be keen about real estate
Certificate Letter of recommendation
The candidate will get a first-hand understanding of real estate through direct involvement in site-level activities for sales. The candidate will be measured in terms of how many prospects she has generated and that has eventually resulted in closures. Based on 3 months performance candidates would be hired at the executive level with our company.
