Axon Network Solutions’ headquarters is located in Bangalore, Karnataka company website : https://www.axonnetworks.in JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Key Account Manager Reports To : Co-Founder Job Location : Mumbai / Pune Job Overview K ey Account Manager will be responsible for delivering the topline revenue for a given set of Large and Medium Enterprise Customers and strategic partners. This role is an end-to-end account management function including prospecting and onboarding new clients, engaging them for sales and the entire customer life cycle with support from the solutions, delivery and operations teams. Responsibilities and Duties 1.Undertake all activities related to sales and service functions in large and medium accounts through cold calls and references to generate prospect, sales opportunities, pitch proposals, negotiate deals, order closure and related functions thereof. 2.Engage across customer organisations and particularly within IT, digital, HR and business functions to understand their business needs and obtain insights on the critical factors to succeed as a solution provider. 3.Build new and leverage existing CXO relationships. 4.Gain insights on emerging or existing need gaps as opportunity areas for Axon Networks to address itself or in partnership with other OEM. 5.Collaborate with individuals in solutions, inside sales, commercial, technology, service delivery and operations teams within the organizations as well as at our OEM partners with responsibility of sales. 6.Will be directly responsible for new business, billed revenue, account receivables management and overall customer satisfaction. 7.Will be responsible for organizing customer events, prospective and existing, for the purpose of sales and enhancing business opportunities. 8.Actively support in service delivery, service management and operations and act as the first point of escalation with the set of customers. 9.Maintain a record of all customer interactions and keep the company s sales management system fully updated for accounts, contacts and pipeline deals. 10.All other responsibilities related to the goal of revenue growth. Qualification & Experience 1.Minimum graduation in any discipline. 2.Minimum 3 years experience of account management and direct selling of IT, telecoms or technology solutions to large and medium enterprise customers. 3.Selection process will involve psychometric tests for fitment assessment. Compensation Structure 1.65% Fixed compensation including statutories and retirals 2.35% Performance linked variable pay a.25% linked to direct targets of the individual and paid quarterly b.10% linked to overall company performance and paid annually 3.There may be additional performance bonus at the discretion of the management with a vesting period of 3 years and not included in CTC.
