We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized, and self-motivated Executive – Student Support to become part of our Bangalore, Property Management team here at CBRE.
This position is a part of the CBRE Team, managing and executing responsibilities at a CLIENT SITE in Sarjapur, Bangalore.
As Executive – Student Services/Student Support at CBRE, you’ll have the chance to
Present a professional, helpful atmosphere and positive attitude for staff, visitors and callers and create an ideal student experience.
Assist students with the enrolment process and then throughout the entirety of their time on their chosen program, providing appropriate information and successful resolution of routine administrative issues relative to SSS.
Develop early student engagement with online tools and support services, and look for efficiencies to improve student retention and/or the student experience
Provide administrative support including the maintenance calendars, collection & compilation of data, preparation of correspondence and other materials, operation of standard office equipment (copier/fax machine/scanner), supply ordering and inventory, as well as the processing of requisitions, invoices, etc.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college procedures and regulations as they pertain to college policies and daily operations.
Maintain student records, update participant files and information as needed, as well as assist with necessary tracking using the data management system.
Handle routine tasks related to the successful execution of the program, including submitting work orders, obtaining hospitality items, and setting up as needed.
What to Bring Along
Graduation/ Diploma from a recognized university
3 – 4 years of Experience in CRM or Student Support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
