Job description: The Company :Karma Ecotech Pvt. Ltd, an initiative of the BLS Group, is establishing the first of its kind e-marketplace with state-of-the-art technology to buy and sell products in the plastic waste management eco-system. The company is proposing to launch the e-marketplace on 1st July 2020The Group :We are part of BLS Ecotech Ltd which is an industry leader in managing PET Plastic waste in the country. BLS Ecotech Ltd is in the recycling business since more than 15years having 3 facilities in Rajasthan, India and 1 facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The company recycles waste Pet Bottles and converts them into Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre(RPSF).KRAs :- On-boarding various market participants i.e. buyers, sellers, brokers and traders- Assisting them in filling up online applications and uploading various documents- Responding to their queries by mail or over telephone- Educating them on the benefits of becoming a member- Scrutinising the application and documents uploaded by the market participants and approving their membership. The scrutiny process will include raising queries, seeking clarifications and requesting for further documents, where required.Pre-requisites :- Graduate in any discipline- 1 to 2 years experience in Customer Care profile.- Fluency in English- Ability to read and understand KYC documents, Entity Formation documents and Statutory Registration Emoluments :Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000/- pm (

Expected salary: Rs.25000 – 30000 per month
