PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Educational content for primary classes from 1 st – 5 th Class
 Content development for teaching life skills

Communication

 Having good rapport with teachers, Principals, Schools and other clients
 Extrovert skills to be able to teach children, interns + other teachers
 Training Intern & Teachers

Project Supervision

 Supervise the educational project in schools
 Supervise in procuring materials and packaging of materials

Coordinating Consultants/ Interns and
volunteers

 Communicating schedules to Interns and Volunteers
 Defining and supervising their roles and responsibilities
 Managing Consultants performance projects
 Recruitment of Interns
Audit of teachers  Visiting CSR schools for audits
 Build a proper Feedback Mechanism

Project Development  Good problem-solving skills to maintain project efficiency and work towards

its growth and scalability

Corporate Communication

 Book Writing & Compiling
 Newspaper Articles in Hindi & English
 Making Evaluation Charts & Assessment Reports

MIS 

Making Report on weekly & monthly basis
