Job Description: Department: CRM Determines business operational strategies by reviewing current workload and team capacity to achieved excellent in client service and support. Accomplishes human resource objectives of the department by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Prepares team performance reports by consolidating, reviewing, and summarizing data and trends. Work on improving efficiency and quality of output. Maintains professional and technical knowledge about core business and keeping the team abreast with frequent interactions & briefing Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for achieving operational and business excellence. Keep management updated at all times about operational achievements, progress and challenges Meet periodically with the core team to review and strategize about how to improve the relationships and serve the clients Auditing data collected of clients, recorded voice calls, Email communications; reviewing scripts & templates for client interactionsDesired Profile: Prior experience as a Team Leader/Manager in a call Centre set up will be preferred Having worked for a healthcare service provider in a similar capacity will be a plus MBA in Operations & IT is highly preferred, a graduate or post graduate in other streams with relevant experience also accepted Should have prior experience of managing a team of 10 – 15 people. Ability to follow the system, process and policies to ensure seamless service to customers and clients To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity To be able to quickly priorities jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients.
