  • Fluent in English and be able to comprehend and respond to callers with North American Accent
  • Should be capable of handling L1 support tickets for Resetting Passwords, Unlocking/ Resetting Accounts and Unblocking Accounts.
  • Should be ready to work in shifts as the support is during the US hours
  • Having background in Networking/ System Administration will be a plus,
