You will be a member of cross-functional IT delivery team that includes business analysts, developers and testers actively practicing agile methodology for software development. This is primarily a consortium of engineers focused on delivering sustainable outcomes for the Bank. Construct workflows charts and diagrams to define solutions and system flow. Individual will partner with UI/UX Design Team, Architects, Business Analysts and Stakeholders situated in multiple regions and time-zones; at varying capacity to understand requirements Act as the validation point of contact regarding application challenges, potential gaps, and feedback from pod members and the application stakeholders Manage the SDLC of software components all the way to production including helping support the application to resolve production issues with appropriate triaging Develop and maintain multiple documents such as runbooks, processes, frameworks, etc. Continuously monitor and remediate vulnerabilities associated with technology and security by supporting risk assessments performed by Deutsche Bank Skills You ll Need Strong communication skills and ability to close out features within agreed time intervals. Manage scope creep. 8-10 years experience writing Business Requirements and Functional Specifications Ability to think and articulate in terms of interface specifications and interface behaviour Understanding of logical, conceptual data models 5 Years experience working in the Financial Services Industry defining requirements and designing solutions 2-3 Years experience working in Transaction Banking and strong knowledge of Payments business. Ability to define backlog and prioritise features. Hands on experience using JIRA for task management, Agile Methodology and managing scrum calls. Impact analysis on Non-functional requirements Support component testing and user acceptance testing Demonstrated effective organizational skills and structured way of thinking in a diverse and inclusive environment Understanding of data structures and algorithms is preferred.
