Department Overview

Team manages a team of subject matter experts providing very detailed Enterprise Finance plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results, manages the company’s balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; oversees internal real estate needs; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; and leads corporate strategy.

About the Role

This role requires a developed understanding of Enterprise Finance identifies areas of financial risk and mitigates efforts appropriately. Responsible for internal financial management reporting, Data management and analysis to support the enterprise, business units, and functional areas and provide meaningful insights into the underlying drivers impacting results

Analyze and gather reporting requirements from the US/India partners and senior consultants.

Strong Hand on experience in Excel usability and VBA macros development skills.

Hands-on in ETL tools and data modelling concepts to build the data structures with minimal assistance. (Expertise in Alteryx)

Develop the Reporting/Dashboards in Tableau suite.

Sound working knowledge in any one of the relational databases.(Teradata, MS SQl, Oracle)

Serve as a valuable resource to the other members of the team while promoting knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Supports the creation and delivery of data outputs and related reporting. As needed, develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses, and/or data visualizations.

Market Skills and Certifications

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis

Overall job experience : 3 to 5 years Mandatory

3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Finance, , Analytics, Reporting and ETL

3+ years of experience developing reporting in Tableau and Excel

2+ years of experience in Alteryx, good to have other ETL tools working knowledge.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Hands on experience with other data analytic tools (such as Essbase, SQL)

Expert in Advanced Excel with ability to write/edit/debug Macros

Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong critical thinking skills with ability to credibly challenge status quo
